Electric Bike Conversion Kit
Step 1, Remove the origin wheel on your bike and fix the hub motor wheel onto bike, let the motor cable outside the wheel area(there might have to install a freewheel to the hub if it’s a rear wheel kit);
Step 2, Remove the handle bar case and the brake handles, install and fix the LCD Display Meter(if it’s a type contains), ebike brake handles and the throttle grips;
Step 3, Install the PAS to the bottom bracket (some type of PAS would need to remove the crank for install) of your bike;
Step 4, Fix the controller bag to your bike frame;
Step 5, Connect the wires between parts and controller;
Step 6, Connect the power cord between controller and the battery(battery is not includes in the kit and you have to prepare or purchase separately), and check if the kit can work normally;
Step 7, fix the wires with the cable ties & plastic coil for avoiding them impeding riding
Step 8, Put the controller into the controller bag; Done!
